Museo de Revolucion

Located in Old Havana and inaugurated in 1920, the building that today is home to the Museo de Revolucion was used as the Presidential Palace until 1959. Since the revolution, it is home to many items of significance pre, during and post revolution years, including the War of Independence from Spain. Across the main building there is also the Granma Memorial which exhibits the yacht on which Fidel Castro entered the country at the start of the revolution.
