Mayfair is without a doubt the most expensive and sought-after area, both for residential and mostly commercial purposes such as offices and hotels. You can find great restaurants in Shepherds Market, as well as high-end stores in Bond Street and Old Bond Street.
Selfridges department store is located on Oxford Street. There are many nice restaurants, cafes and pubs on a pedestrian area nearby called St Christopher’s Place. When you walk down towards Oxford Circus, you will find many fashion retails such as Top Shop and H & M, as well as John Lewis and Debenhams departments stores. Another ultimate London favourite would be Liberty department store, just off Regent Street.
