Lisbon Cathedral

Lisbon Cathedral, or otherwise known as Santa Maria Maior de Lisboa, is a Roman Catholic Cathedral located in Lisbon and is the oldest church in the city built in 1147. The cathedral has been restored and modified several times, particularly after the 1755 earthquake, and today it has a mix of different architectural style. It is now classified as a national monument since 1910.

The cathedral was originally built with baroque, neoclassical and rococo style features, In the beginning of the 20th century, much of the neoclassical features were removed to give the cathedral a more mediaeval appearance.
